We’d like everyone to know that due to bottom conditions in the Chesapeake Bay region, it is important to call us ASAP after you lose your item. The faster you call us, the more likely it is that we can recover your item. Heavy items sink quickly into soft mud and nestle deeper in with each passing day. We know from experience that parts of the Baltimore Harbor have up to fourteen feet of soft mud before items come to rest on a hard bottom. We will give you an honest assessment of whether or not the item is likely to be recoverable. This may assist you in determining whether it is cheaper to simply replace the item or have us make a recovery attempt.
