Licensed 1600 ton Master Available part time

I work on the Gulf of Mexico but am available normally two weeks out of every month for what have you. I am also retired from the USCG. Always looking for something to do. I am available to assist with deliveries, working on boats and teaching. We can negotiate a fair price or trade for both us.
