Hello!!!, I'm Chris Mc. I am offering a private chef experience for anyone interested in having me aboard their boat with them. You catch it and I'll clean it, cool it and serve it.
I have cooked for the cma awards and celebs privately at their homes when I lived in Nashville Tn. My career took off their when I worked at "flyte world dinning and wine" then the Hutton Hotel. Moving back to Orlando I was a banquet chef for the Omni Resort and eventually Beach Bistro out on Anna Maria island.
I love the water and of course boats. Use my knowledge and skills to being on your trip for a special occasion or to have a kicken day with the guys. Either way having a chef aboard to take care of the food while out at sea is a sure way to impress your guests.
