I'm a 30 year law enforcement veteran, retired from the North Carolina Marine Patrol. I was a certified instructor, and a field training Officer with the Patrol teaching all new Officer's in my district safe boat handling skills, rules of the road, navigation etc. I hold a 50 ton masters license with the Coast Guard.
