Needed - Bow Thruster and Electric Windlass Dewe

I have a Saxdor 320 GTO, the bow thruster and anchor that are on the same battery are not working. They work when the boat is on charger but not when the motors are running. This is a brand new boat. Will pay for diagnosis and fix
