Hi! My name is Bailey Horsley and I currently hold a USCG 50 GT Masters Captain's liscense, and I am also a PADI Divemaster. I live in Wilmington, NC where I captain for Blackbeard Scuba running offshore dive/fishing/spearfishing charters. I also captain for Wrightsville Beach Scenic Tours where charters include Eco-Tours/Sunset Crusies/Shuttle services to neighboring islands.
I have completed over 6,000 miles of blue water sailing during which I was delivering boats from the US to the BVI, Jamaica, and up and down the east coast. My wife Ashley is also a PADI Divemaster, and an avid sailor who has completed thousands of miles of blue water deliveries, and instructed through the US Sailing program.
