Hi, I'm Jeremy Garza. I have been a licensed Captain for 10 years. My license is 100 ton off shore. I lived in the Caribbean for 14 years, Captaining up and down the Lesser Antilles. I also have Captained out of Marina Del Rey in California. I am registered with the Moorings and can share with people an "insider" perspective of the Caribbean people.
