I have been a Captain my entire life, 34 years, ( Am currently 54-years-old), and hold a 1600/3000 ITC Ton License; can Captain small boats, to yachts up to 280'. I am Dive Certified. I am familiar with the Bahamas and Carribean, Cuba, all of the Eastern Seaboard, Mexico, and Southern CA.
