I had a survey done on the boat, and was told there is a danger because too many wires are connected to one battery post. Also, I have an inverter on board, but it needs to be mounted to the boat, which at present its not, and it should be grounded to the boat's green core (not sure about that last term). There are 3 batteries, and two are banked. Also, would like to add a polarity indicator for safety when connecting to shore power.
Hey Bill I just bought an Ericson 29 and I want to add shore power and a fridge. I want to do it myself but really want a consultant to make sure I do it right. Perhaps draw it up or check my plans. Let me know
