My name is Erin M. McDermott and I'm a sailor, engineer, and author and I own a publishing company, Spire Starter LLC. I'll be in the Keys for 1 month (until 4/6/2017) and if there's enough interest, I'd love to use this time to interview boaters with stories. With any story I believe would be of interest to the public, I would then offer my authoring and publishing services for a fee and create ebooks, with distribution possible through a number of channels. I currently distribute through Amazon, Apple, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Smashwords and several libraries.
If I get enough interest to write several stories, I may also be able to publish a full-sized compilation book, and perhaps even turn it into a paper book!
If you're interested in a longer work or biography, I'd be happy to discuss those services, as well.
And if you wish for your own writing to be published, that's another possibility!
Fees will be dependent on the length and format of work, which will vary.
