Need experienced Captain and crew to do the Great American Loop

I need professional experienced Captain and crew to do the Great American Loop in spring of 2025. Having three 60-70’ shallow draft, full displacement hull yachts built in Holland for a target delivery to Ft Lauderdale in early 2025. My family will have 5 family members on each yacht. I plan on 3 crew members per yacht including the Captains. Sr captain in lead yacht. Objective is for family to be trained on operation, handling and maintenance of the boats over the year long trip. Need stew, chef, deck hands and engineer as part of the crew mix. I’m willing to discuss approaches with interested lead Captain.
