Florida sun often makes fiberglass oxidation on boat which sometimes is not possible restore fiberglass just with buffing work. Case like this we do wet sanding as preparation for buffing , with different paper grit and we finish the job with fine paper P2500 - 3000. After this preparation fiberglass is ready to buff out, we do in 3 steps, waxing is finish.
